These terms govern purchases made from GymCore LLC, doing business as GymCore, with contact address 22 Cortlandt St, New York, NY 10007, United States. By placing an order you confirm you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering a contract. Product descriptions on the site are offers; we accept your order when we send fulfillment confirmation. We may refuse orders where fraud checks fail, inventory is unavailable, or carrier rules restrict specific SKUs to your location.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping charges, if any, appear before you pay. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered to the address you provided. Title passes when we receive payment in full. If a carrier leaves a package without signature contrary to your instructions, carrier terms control liability, but we will still help you start a claim when photos support damage before you accepted delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law and applicable federal law, our liability for breach of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products, except where liability cannot be limited for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

Governing law is the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your home state.
