Cookie policy
This page describes how GymCore uses browser storage on gymcoreny.com and related static pages. We keep the stack intentionally small: there is no advertising network pixel farm here, only what is needed for cart memory, consent recall, and basic session stability when we add server features in future. The banner you see on first visit stores a local preference when you click Accept or Necessary only, so we do not nag you on every page load.
Strictly necessary data includes the cart identifier stored in localStorage under a versioned key so refreshing the catalog does not wipe quantities you already selected. That storage is functional rather than analytic: it does not profile you across other websites. If you clear site data in your browser, the cart empties and the cookie banner reappears because consent flags reset with storage.
Optional categories such as analytics or marketing cookies are not activated on this static build unless we later embed measurement tools with a separate consent gate. Should that change, this policy will gain a dated changelog entry and the banner will offer granular toggles rather than a single accept all. Until then, Accept and Necessary only behave identically for storage except we record your choice textually in localStorage for transparency during audits.
You can control cookies through browser settings, including blocking third-party storage entirely. Blocking all cookies may break cart persistence. For questions contact [email protected]. We align this notice with common US practice under FTC guidance on clear disclosure and update it when the site’s technical footprint changes in a way that affects your device.
