Unopened supplement containers in resalable condition may be returned within thirty days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking, provided tamper seals are intact and batch codes match our shipping records. Opened tubs are generally not refundable except where the product is defective — send photographs of the seal state, lot number, and the issue.
